200 West Street Office

Freedom of design complements the building envelope. This 250,000 sq. ft. Class A office building in Waltham, Massachusetts uses precast concrete elements to add contrast and detail to the brick and glass elements of the exterior envelope.

The main entry of the building is accented by a two story precast concrete arch that encloses the glass curtain wall entrance to create a strong visual focal point. The building is caped with precast concrete parapet panels above the roof line.

All of the precast concrete elements used in the design were fabricated at Strescon's plant and treated with a light sandblast to simulate a limestone finish.
