Crosby Corporate Center

Contrasting textures come together in this three building office park in Bedford, MA. Each panel on these two story, Class A office buildings has a top and bottom band of light sandblast white concrete, and a middle band of exposed white aggregate. These two very different textures create an appealing finish to the whole complex.

Each building is wrapped with architectural precast prestressed concrete spandrel panels spanning from column to column. A total of 300 precast panels were erected, covering some 50,000 sq. ft. of wall area.
