Northeastern University Dorm 'A'

The Precast Parapets used here allowed for large profile shapes of various radii without the addition of massive exterior steel supports which would have been required for other building materials. The deep red color is an intricate part of the mix design and compliments the masonry exterior.

In addition, the large architectural precast arch in this building's walk thru corridor acted as a structural lintel for the masonry above.
