Framingham Triangle Parking Garage

The Dennison Triangle, located on Bishop Street in the downtown area of Framingham, Massachusetts is a mixed use project of residential and office space. The 160 luxury condo units were formed out of the century-old manufacturing building that once housed the Dennison company that made paper products in the early 1900's.

Strescon Limited manufactured and erected a precast concrete parking structure and holds 390 cars on three levels. The garage was designed to accommodate an additional 160 cars on two future levels. The precast concrete spandrel panels were cast with a red sand and aggregate in a pattern to simulate the window layout of the existing red brick factory building on the site.
