Toyota Dealership

The new 140,167 sf, state-of-the-art, multilevel auto dealership in Braintree, MA is constructed out of CarbonCast® wall panels. The 40 tall load bearing panels enclose the three-story auto service, storage and office area, with an energy efficient R value of 26. The Tufankjian family relocated their business to take advantage of excellent visibility from the highway and access for South Shore residents.

The largest auto dealership in New England features below ground vehicle storage, a main floor showroom and a large service area, an office mezzanine and an additional vehicle storage floor. Designed to Toyota’s Image USA specifications, the dealership will include executive offices overlooking the show room, 34 service bays and a huge selection of new and used cars on site.

Oldcastle manufactured 69 pieces of 40-feet high wall panels that are up to 12-inches thick, 6-inch thick hollowcore plank and solid slabs. Panels were erected during the harsh New England winter months.

The new 140,167 square foot, state-of-the-art, multilevel auto dealership in Braintree, MA is constructed out of CarbonCast® wall panels. The panels use a carbon grid technology to ensure a totally thermal broken insulated wall panel with an R-value of 26.

The CarbonCast wall panels combine with metal panels and a store-front glazing system to showcase the new Toyota Dealership.
