Endicott College Dormitories

Precast hollowcore plank, supported by concrete block walls was used as a floor/roof system on all three Endicott College dormitories.

Bayview Hall was completed in 2005 and used 40,000 square feet of 8-inch hollowcore plank, creating room for 225 beds.

Endicott Hall is a 120 bed residential building using 20,000 square feet of 8-inch thick hollowcore plank, built in 1999.

Stoneridge Hall used 40,000 square feet of hollowcore plank to create 224 beds and was completed in 2002.
